REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

We offer a 30 day 100% money back satisfaction guarantee with all paid accounts. Login to the "My Site" page to cancel your service and request a refund. No refunds shall be rewarded after 30 days of original payment. Monthly subscribers can receive a 100% refund within 30 days of original purchase/upgrade date and date of first payment. We do not offer pro-rated refunds. BabyShare.com gift certificates sales are considered final and are non-refundable.

You can redeem an your BabyShare.com Gift Certificate online here by entering the 16-digit certificate number. The use of your BabyShare.com Gift Certificate is subject to additional terms and conditions, as set out on the BabyShare.com Gift Certificate.

DELIVERY POLICY

WEBSITES:

Our automated process of creating an account at BabyShare.com is done in real-time. Your account is active at time of signup/purchase. You will be e-mailed a confirmation copy of your account information.

DOMAIN NAMES:

Domain Names will be setup with in 12 hours of your order. Once setup, your new domain name will take between 12-36 hour to populate and become active on the Internet.

GIFT CERTIFICATES:

Emailed Gift Certificates will be delivered immediately after your purchase is complete. Mailed Gift Certificates can take from 3 to 30 business days depending on your location. Gift Certificates will be shipped via priority mail for address' in the continental United States, Air or Surface for Canada and other International destinations.

SALES TAX

In addition to the price of your purchases, Massachusetts’s residents will be charged the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is made.
